How do I input and save my card details?
To save your card details, book an appointment. At the payment step, enter your card information. There's an option to save these details for next time. Tick that, and your future checkouts will be speedy.
Is my payment information secure on Sanzu?
Yes! Sanzu protects your card details with high-end security. We make sure your data is encrypted so that nobody can misuse it.
How are refunds handled?
If you need a refund, we send it to the card you paid with. It might take a few days, depending on your bank, before you see it in your account.
What's the cancellation policy and how does it work?
Each Sanzu treater sets their cancellation rules. Typically, you won't pay if you cancel early enough before your appointment. When you book, make sure to look at these rules so you're not surprised.
Can I see my previous payments and bills?
Of course! Go to the completed appointment section. Each appointment has a 'View Invoice' button. Click that, and you can see all the payment details.
Who creates the invoices and how?
Sanzu's system creates invoices automatically after you have an appointment or purchase something in the app. These invoices list everything – what you got, who gave the service, and how much it cost.
What if I want to question a payment or bill?
If something doesn't look right, contact Sanzu's help team at support@sanzu.ch. They'll help you understand the bill or start the process if there's a mistake.
Does Sanzu give any discounts or special offers?
Yes, sometimes! Sanzu has promotions now and then. To know about them, check our website, app, or subscribe to our emails.
How can I be sure my payment worked?
Once your payment goes through, Sanzu sends you a notification. You can also check by looking at the 'View Invoice' section of your appointment. If it's there, your payment was successful.
