Adding, Changing and Removing Addresses

How can I add an address to my profile?


After setting up your services, you'll be directed to the 'Addresses' section. Click on 'Add new Address'. You'll have the option to either use the map for pinpointing your location or manually enter your address. Make sure to provide as accurate a location as possible, especially if you're offering in-person services. If necessary, enter specific details such as room or apartment suite numbers. Click 'Next' when you're done to save this information.

 


Can I add more than one address?


Currently you can only add one address, but in the next update, you will be able add multiple addresses. After adding the first address, you'll see an 'Add Address' icon in the bottom right. Click on it to add another address. Remember to click 'Next' each time to save the newly added addresses.



What is a default address?


The first address that you add is set as your default address. This is the location where your in-person consultations will typically take place unless you specify otherwise when setting your availability.Your default location is indicated with a blue tick.



How can I change my default address?


You change your default address by navigating to the profile page, and selecting 'Manage Addresses', selecting the address you want to make default, and choosing an appropriate option.




Can I delete an address from my profile?


Yes, you can easily delete an address from your profile. Simply go to the address tab in your profile, locate the address you wish to remove, and click on the delete icon positioned at the bottom right of the address entry. Ensure you review and confirm your action, as deleted addresses cannot be automatically retrieved.



What should I do if my location is not found on the map?


If your location isn't found using the map feature, you have the option to manually enter your address. If you continue to have issues with the address, reach out to Sanzu's support at support@sanzu.ch for further assistance.



Why do I need to add an address?


Providing your address is essential if you're offering in-person consultations. It allows clients to locate your practice and book appointments with you. Additionally, an address is required for account verification and operational reasons.



Is it possible to hide my address from public view?


Your addresses will be searchable if you have chosen the in person appointment. You will have the option to hide it if you have chosen only telehealth.





What should I do if I move to a new address?


If you change your address, update it as soon as possible in the 'Addresses' section of your profile. This ensures that clients have the correct location for any in-person consultations.
