How can I add a service to my profile?


From your Profile, click on the 'Manage Services’' section. You will be able to choose the types of services you want to offer, whether it's in-person consultations, telehealth, or both. For each type of service, click on the service type, either 'Telehealth' or 'In-Person'. Set the duration of your appointment, and then set the price in CHF. Make sure to click 'Next' at the bottom of the screen to save your changes. Currently you can only add one type of ‘In Person’ and ‘Telehealth’ appointments.

 

How can I remove a service from my profile?


This is currently under development. However, when completed, you would navigate to the 'Manage Services' section, select the service you wish to remove, and select the option to delete or deactivate the service.



Why can't I see the service I added on my profile?


If a service doesn't appear on your profile after you have added it, it's possible that the changes haven't been saved or updated yet. Try refreshing the page first. If the issue persists, contact Sanzu support for further assistance.



Can I offer both in-person and telehealth services?


Yes, Sanzu allows you to offer both in-person and telehealth services. During the service setup process, you can select both types of services, specify their duration, and set individual prices for each.


What is the purpose of setting break time between consultations?


The break time feature allows you to manage your schedule more efficiently by providing a predetermined interval between consultations. This time can be used for preparations for the next appointment, resting, or performing other tasks. You can set the break time by choosing 'Time between consultations', selecting 'Time between consultations', and setting the desired duration. Remember to click “Next” to save your setting.



Can I set different break times for in-person and telehealth services?


At the moment, Sanzu does not support setting different break times for in-person and telehealth services. However, we recognise the need and plan to incorporate this feature in future updates. We appreciate your patience and understanding.



What currency are the service prices in?


All service prices listed on Sanzu are currently in Swiss Francs (CHF). We are actively working on expanding our currency options and will be introducing more currencies in upcoming updates.


How do I determine the price for my services?


Pricing your services is a personal decision based on a variety of factors such as your experience, the complexity of the service, and the average market rate. Sanzu allows you the flexibility to set your own prices according to what you believe is fair for your work.
