How can I add treatment notes to a client's profile?

To add treatment notes in Sanzu, go to the 'Clients' tab and select the specific client's profile. Within this profile, you should find an 'Add' or 'New Note' option under 'Treatment Notes'. Click on it to enter your notes pertaining to that session or visit.

Are my treatment notes secure and private?

Absolutely. Sanzu places utmost importance on data privacy and security. Rest assured, your treatment notes are encrypted and stored in a manner that prohibits unauthorised access.

Can I update or delete a treatment note?

You can certainly modify a treatment note, but this action must be taken prior to finalising the appointment. Go to the 'Treatment History’ in the client's profile, locate the relevant note, and you'll find options to either 'Edit' or 'Delete'.

Can I share treatment notes with clients?

Yes, Sanzu provides a feature allowing treaters to share or send treatment notes to clients. However, always be conscious of confidentiality guidelines when sharing. Within the client’s profile, you can view their treatment notes and decide which ones to forward.

Can I attach files or images to treatment notes?

Within Sanzu, while composing or editing a treatment note, you can incorporate attachments using the ‘Upload PDF’ feature located under the ‘Treater Actions’ section in the ‘Client’ screen.

What details should I include in a treatment note?

The content of a treatment note often depends on professional standards and the nature of the treatment. Typically, it would encompass details of the treatment rendered, client's response, any modifications in the treatment strategy, along with any pertinent observations or recommendations.

How do I organise and export my treatment notes?

At the moment, Sanzu automatically organises your notes by associating them with the respective client and ordering them chronologically. Anticipated updates will introduce features for improved categorisation and tagging. Navigate to the 'Treatment Notes' tab to explore existing organisational utilities. When you wish to export, simply choose the 'Export' or 'Print' option, select the notes you desire, and generate a downloadable or print-ready format.
