Yes, clients have the capability to share their personal notes or journal entries on Sanzu, giving you deeper insight into their experiences and thoughts.



How do I view a client's shared notes or entries?


After a client opts to share an entry or note, you'll receive a notification via Sanzu. Simply access the client's profile to view the content they've shared.



Can I comment on a client's shared note or entry?


Presently, direct commenting on a client's shared note isn't available. However, we're looking to implement this feature in an upcoming update to facilitate deeper discussions on specific points.



How secure are the client's shared notes or entries?


Security is a top priority for Sanzu. All shared notes and entries are encrypted, ensuring only authorised users can view them, thus maintaining their confidentiality.




Can I request a client to share a note or journal entry?


Absolutely. If you think accessing a client's notes or journal entries would offer a richer understanding of their condition, you can make a request via Sanzu. However, the decision to share rests with the client.
