What personal information is required during the Treater Info setup?

During the Treater Info setup, you will be required to provide a selfie, your full name, your gender, and your date of birth. You will also be asked to write a brief personal bio.

How can I update my personal information?

Can I update my Treater Info after initial setup?

Yes, you will be able to update your Treater Info at any time. Navigate to the 'Treater Info' section and make updates as needed. Always click 'Next' after making changes to ensure the updates are saved.

What should I include in my personal bio?

Your personal bio should give an overview of your professional background, your specialities, and perhaps a bit about your approach to healthcare. The goal is to provide potential clients with a sense of who you are as a healthcare professional.

How do I add my education details?

In the 'Treater Info' section, select 'Education'. Here you can add your education title, the institution where you studied, and the year you completed your qualification. Click 'Add' to save each entry.

Can I add multiple education entries?

Yes, you can add multiple education entries. Each time you click 'Add', a new entry is saved. Repeat this process for all the institutions where you received your education or training.

What should I include in the 'Experience' section?

In the 'Experience' section, you should enter the name of the Practice or Clinic you worked at, your job title, and the dates of this experience. Click 'Add Your Experience' to save each entry.

What are 'Specialities' and 'Subspecialties'?

'Specialities' refer to your primary qualification skill sets, such as Psychiatrist or Psychologist. 'Sub-Specialities' are more specific areas of expertise within your field, like "Couples and Marriage Counselling" or "Addiction Support".

What should I do if my speciality or sub-speciality is not listed?

If you can't find your speciality or subspecialty in the provided list, please manually input it. Sanzu will then flag it for verification. Once verified and approved, it will be added to your profile. Should you face any issues or need further guidance, please contact our Sanzu support team at support@sanzu.ch.

What do I enter in the 'Societies' section?

In the 'Societies' section, you can add any professional societies and organisations that you are a member of. This could include medical associations, psychology guilds, or other relevant bodies.
