As of now, Sanzu doesn't offer a direct response feature to client reviews. This functionality is expected in an upcoming update. Once available, you'll be able to go to the 'Reviews' section of your Sanzu Profile account and respond professionally and courteously to each review using the 'Respond' option.



Can I report a review that violates Sanzu's policies?


Absolutely. In the 'Reviews' section of your profile, each review has a 'Report' option. If you think a review goes against Sanzu's guidelines or is inappropriate, use this feature. Provide a concise explanation for your report, and the Sanzu Support team will investigate the concern.



How can I refer Sanzu to other treaters or clients?


Upon joining Sanzu, you will get a unique link in your welcome email. Use this link to introduce Sanzu to fellow professionals. Furthermore, Sanzu offers rewards for successful referrals, with details available [here]. Soon, you'll also be able to share your Sanzu profile directly with clients.

Is there a limit to how many treaters I can refer?


No, there's no ceiling to the number or type of professionals you can refer to Sanzu. However, a referral is deemed successful only when the referred individual commits to Sanzu for a minimum of 12 months.
