How can I add a new client to my Sanzu account?


To add a new client to your Sanzu account, you'll need to have them download the Sanzu app and make a booking with you. If you want a specific individual to utilise Sanzu for your services, guide them to download the app using the provided link: https://www.sanzu.ch/download-app.



Can I import multiple client details at once?


At this time, Sanzu does not support the importation of multiple client details simultaneously. However, in our forthcoming update, we're introducing a feature that enables practitioners to send download links to multiple clients. This will not only facilitate the downloading process but also automatically favourites your profile, simplifying appointment bookings and payments for clients.



Can I set automated reminders or follow-ups for individual clients?


Yes, Sanzu's system is designed to send automated reminders to every client. Each client will receive two reminders: one 24 hours prior and another 1 hour before their scheduled appointment.



How can I search for specific client details or histories?


Within the 'Client’ screen, there's a search bar. You can use this to enter the client's name, email, or any other relevant details. Moreover, we are working on incorporating advanced search functionalities in an upcoming update, enabling practitioners to filter results based on appointment types, date ranges, and other specific criteria.



Is client data stored securely on Sanzu?


Absolutely. Sanzu prioritises the security of user data. We've incorporated advanced encryption protocols and rely on secure hosting solutions to ensure the utmost protection of client information.




Can I export a client's data or history for external use?


Yes, you can. For any notes you've authored or any data the client has granted you permission to access, you can utilise the ‘Export' function. Simply select the specific client, choose the type of data you want to export (e.g., appointment history), and you can seamlessly download the needed files.




How do I handle client feedback or reviews?


Sanzu is equipped with an inbuilt feedback mechanism. By visiting your profile, you'll find a section where you can review client ratings, comments, and overall feedback. And in upcoming versions, we'll be enabling a direct response feature, allowing you to address feedback, enhancing communication, and building stronger client trust.
