How much does Sanzu cost?
Sanzu is free of charge for all clients. Anyone will be able to find the caregiver they need, receive treatment and monitor their progress. We have subscription options for those who want access to more advanced features.
What are my payment options?
You can settle the invoice electronically directly with your card, GooglePay, ApplePay or TWINT. In this case you are paying the caregiver directly. If the caregiver provides the option, you can also pay via insurance. In this case, your insurance number will be passed to the caregiver.
Are appointments made through Sanzu covered by insurance?
If the caregiver falls under your insurance model or is covered by your policy choice then the appointment will be reimbursable as standard. For caregivers not covered, direct payment must be made.
