How do I set my availability for appointments?


In the 'Setting Availabilities' section, you can choose the days and times you are available for appointments. Select the Service Type (in-person or telehealth), then set a day or range of days, and enter your start and end times below. Click 'Next' to save your availability settings.


 

Can I set different availabilities for in-person and telehealth services?


Currently, Sanzu only allows setting a unified availability for both service types. We are working on an update that will enable you to specify availabilities separately for in-person and telehealth services. In the meantime, when updating your schedule, you can select your preferred service type and adjust your availability accordingly.



Can I change my availability after setting it?


Absolutely! You can modify your availability whenever you wish. Navigate to the 'Manage Availabilities’ section under your Profile, and you can adjust your timings as required. Don't forget to hit ‘Save’ to apply these changes.



Can I set my availability for specific services?


At this time, Sanzu supports a combined availability setting for both in-person and telehealth appointments. However, we're working on an enhancement that will soon allow you to set distinct availabilities for different service types. For any queries regarding this, please contact Sanzu support.



 

What happens if I'm not available at my set times?


If you are not available at your set times, it's crucial to update your availability settings as soon as possible. This prevents clients from booking appointments during times when you're unavailable. If a client has already booked an appointment during a time you're unavailable, you should reach out to them directly to cancel and reschedule.


What should I do if I'm going on vacation?


If you're going on vacation or will be unavailable for an extended period, update your availability settings to reflect this. You could also consider adding a note to your bio or contacting any clients with appointments during that time to inform them and reschedule if necessary.



Can I set recurring unavailability (e.g., every other Friday off)?


Yes, you can! Navigate to ‘Manage Availability’ and choose ‘Set Special Availabilities’. You can then define specific patterns like being available only on certain weekdays or specific recurring days. Just set your preferred start and end times, and make sure to click ‘Save’.


Can clients book appointments outside of my set availability?


No, clients can only book appointments during the times you have specified in your availability settings. If you notice appointments being scheduled outside of these times, please contact Sanzu support at support@sanzu.ch.




Can I specify the maximum number of appointments per day?


This feature is currently in development. While you can't set a daily appointment limit right now, we're actively working on adding it soon.





What time zones are used for setting availability?


Availability timings are set based on the time zone corresponding to the address in your profile.
